5. Returns & Exchanges

Vow Optics does not offer returns or refunds on delivered orders. We provide a one-time exchange facility subject to the following conditions:

  • A ₹150 exchange fee applies.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for exchange.
