Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered successfully.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time exchange for eligible products.

Exchange Conditions

• A processing and reverse shipping fee of ₹150 is applicable.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Any exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing accessories will not be eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the resolution.
